Job description
Control the quality of steel products from incoming material to dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, member dimensions and weld quality.
- Prepare and file quality records under the quality management system.
- Join inspections with clients and third parties.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical, welding or civil engineering.
- Knowledge of welding codes and fabrication tolerances.
- A welding inspection certificate is a plus.
- Honest and rigorous.
