Job description
Design and calculate steel structures for factories and multi-storey buildings in industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design steel frames, roof and floor structures and connections.
- Prepare calculation reports and basic and technical design drawings.
- Work with the BIM, estimating and production teams to optimise structures.
- Give technical support to site teams during construction.
Requirements
- University degree in civil and industrial construction or equivalent.
- Good command of structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of current steel design codes.
- Able to read technical documents in English.
